The loading of one of the parts to be assembled is done manually and all the other parts are loaded automatically. The installation carries out assembly between parts, pressing with dimension control, automatic grease dosing with dosing verification, verification of no leaks and automatic extraction of parts.

All this with a demanding cycle. Until now, these operations could be carried out manually by several operators and with cycle times that allowed small orders to be assembled.
